  Customer experience from placing orders to receiving food is fractured and unclear. It would be nice if the serving staff acknowledged customers as they enter the 'system'. Fish was excellent as it was freshly fried. However, there is a problem with the high quantity of ancillary items that have been fried in advance (see picture). Far too much for how busy they are. Consequently, e.g., battered sausages are absolutely knackered.

  Terrible listening skills asked for no brown sauce and got brown sauce don't sell chicken nuggets like wtf food over priced for quality out of 10 I rate this place a 0. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Biggest waste of money to be quite honest
